Unlike traditional composting, which relies on decomposition, the Bokashi method uses bran infused with beneficial microbes to ferment food waste indoors year-round. This innovative process keeps smells and pests away while producing two valuable outputs:

• Pre-compost, which enriches soil and boosts garden health.

• A concentrated liquid, which can be diluted for a powerful plant feed or poured down drains to freshen and maintain them.

The kit includes two airtight bins, ensuring uninterrupted composting: while one bin ferments, the other remains in active use. This makes it a practical solution for homes, flats, and community gardens alike.
