Powered by Grip and its intelligent AI-functionality, the Glee Connect app and desktop platform is a complimentary tool to help visitors find your stand and connect with your team during the Glee show.

Glee Connect provides an extra touchpoint to display your products and network with potential buyers. The app will recommend your products to relevant buyers based on their interests, as well as help them locate you at the show. You can also use the app to message with prospected buyers and vice versa.

Any information you upload to the e-zone will sync directly to the app, so you don’t have to worry about setting up your profile - simply download Glee Connect from the Apple Store or Google Play Store, sign-in and start connecting with the people looking for your products. Just remember, the more information you add to your profile, the better!

What is Glee Connect?

Glee Connect is an advanced AI platform powered by Grip. The platform uses advanced algorithms to constantly learn about a user’s professional goals and interests to provide bespoke recommendations.

Where can I find Glee Connect?

Glee Connect will be available to download from the Apple Store and Google Play soon. You can access the platform on mobile devices or your desktop.

What do I do if I have the previous Glee app already installed?

Simply go to your Apple Store or Google Play and run the app update. Then, open the app and go to the menu options selecting, 'More' where you can select 'Glee 2022 event'.

Logging into the app

To login to the app you first need to be a confirmed exhibitor. Then look out for a separate email which will contain your log-in details. Use the temporary registration ID and password you're given, then click on the app settings and change the password to a memorable one.

What details of mine are displayed in the platform?

The platform will display your professional information including name, job title and company. Information such as telephone number, email address or mail address will not be displayed.

Can I export my connections contact details?

No. Users contact details are not displayed or exportable in the platform.

How do I remove my details from the platform?

Removing your details will mean that you are unable to login or arrange networking opportunities through the platform. However, if you would like to be removed please send your details to support@grip.events using the subject line “Remove from matchmaking” and we will be happy to remove your details.

Having trouble logging in?

Most important – make sure you have registered yourself and your colleagues via the exhibitor manual.

Ensure you have the latest version of the app in your phone (check online store either Apple store or Google play). We recommend you also update to the latest version of your software (IOS or Android).
