Mollie Higginson has been working in horticulture for 5 years and has slowly worked her way up to sales executive and operations manager at New Leaf Plants.

In 2020 Mollie, with 2 other horticultural colleagues, set up YPHA, the young people in horticulture association, for anyone under the age of 35 working or studying horticulture, the membership now has over 560 members and continues to rapidly grow.
