Carmela is a strong business leader with an extensive background in delivering exceptional customer and people management.  A member of various foodservice platforms and a Director of Jeff’s Way CIC Ltd and recently been awarded the prestigious IHC-IIHM Woman Achievers Award 2025 by the International Hospitality Council (IHC) and the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM).

Carmela has a Royal Society of Arts Diploma in Management and Business Administration studies including Silver Service etiquette in hospitality gained with The Bedford College and University Group.
