The modernization of Nursery Wielander included the construction of three new Venlo-style greenhouses as well as a convertible-style greenhouse that adjoins the border walls laterally with a shed roof. This lateral connection was implemented using a panel wall to provide thermal and visual separation of the section. The facility is complemented by a new shade hall, optimally designed for outdoor production. The roofing materials consist of 4 mm toughened safety glass (ESG), while the working hall area is optimally used for electricity generation with roof-integrated photovoltaic modules.
