Why people love a daily plunge
- Part of a recovery routine — cold-water immersion is a staple of many athletes' post-training routines after hard sessions in the gym, on the pitch or on the road.
- Instantly refreshing — few things wake you up like cold water. Start the day sharp, or reset after work.
- Builds discipline — getting in is the hard part. A daily plunge is a habit many users find genuinely rewarding to keep.
- A moment to switch off — cold water demands your full attention, making a short plunge a natural way to clear your head.

Frequently asked questions
Who are chill therapy spas suitable for?
Most people can enjoy a chill spa with a careful, gradual approach — but cold-water tolerance varies from person to person. Individuals with limited mobility, sensory or cognitive abilities should only use it under supervision. Children must always be supervised around the spa and the cover secured when not in use; it is generally not recommended for young children. If you are pregnant, receiving medical treatment or have a health condition (for example a heart condition, diabetes or blood pressure irregularities), consult your doctor before use.
Can I use it if I have had alcohol?
No. Avoid the spa after alcohol or recreational drugs — the combination significantly raises the risk of life-threatening hypothermia.
How long should I stay in?
Start with brief, cautious immersions of around 30 seconds to gauge your tolerance, and build up gradually. If you feel uncomfortable or begin to shiver, get out and warm up gently. The water temperature is shown on the control panel.
