In our pursuit of celebrating indigenous women, we've partnered with Dalia Casancho, an inspiring leader of the Mayni community and a dedicated steward of the Amazon rainforest.
Dalia grows, harvests and produces her own honey-process micro-lot, drying the beans in parchment with the sticky, sugary mucilage of the coffee cherry still clinging to them. The beans are turned several times a day, demanding far more care than a typical coffee. The result is a sweet, complex cup that reflects Dalia's passion, patience and expertise.
That extra effort might seem small, but it makes a world of difference in the cup. Every sip reveals layers of honeyed sweetness, ripe stone fruit and delicate white grape, creating a coffee that's as remarkable as the person behind it.
