Easy Jose’s story began with the Mayni, and they've been our signature coffee ever since. Deep in Peru's eastern Amazon, the indigenous Mayni Community grow their coffee beneath the forest canopy, guardians of the rainforest they call home.
We know the Mayni. We visit them, we buy directly from them season after season, and we make sure they're paid properly for growing exceptional coffee and protecting the forest it comes from. It's a relationship built on respect, for the people, and for the land they care for.
Every bean is handpicked and fully washed, a careful process that draws out the coffee's natural character while protecting the forest around it. The result is a vibrant, expressive cup: rich chocolate, almond, honey, and a bright lift of orange acidity.
