Thompson’s Patio & Block Paving Seal Wet Look 5L is a high-performance, water-based patio sealer designed to seal, waterproof, protect and enhance block paving and flagstones with a durable wet look finish. This low-odour formula protects against tough stains, weather exposure and colour fading while helping to resist mould and algae growth on the coating. Suitable for outdoor areas including cooking spaces, it guards against everyday spills and dries clear after application. You can drive on it after 24 hours and enjoy a rich, enhanced wet look that revitalises and preserves your patio surfaces.

Usage Guide
Before you start-
Make sure block paving, jointing sand and paving slabs are dry before you start.
Give the surface a decent scrub with a stiff bristle brush to remove any dust or dirt. If you have any mould or algae, use some Thompson's Advanced Patio & Block Paving Cleaner.If you've got oil stains, use Thompson's Oil & Drive Cleaner.
Make sure any cleaners are rinsed off the patio & it's dry before you start applying the Patio & Block Paving Seal.
Application-
For best results, use on a dry day above 10C. On cold & damp days, drying and re-coat times will take longer. Give the tin a good shake. Pour the tin into a roller tray and use a long pile roller to apply in long smooth strokes. On textured block paving, make sure any puddles are spread into dry areas.
Wait 4 hours before putting on another coat.
FYI - Really rough surfaces might need an extra coat.
Aftercare-
Surfaces should be routinely cleaned using Thompson's Patio & Paving Cleaner. Treated areas should be recoated approximately every 2 years depending on use.
Remove as much product from application equipment prior to cleaning. Clean brushes, rollers and any other equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water.
