Glee Buyers Power List 2018

The Buyers Power List is Glee's own way of celebrating the outstanding talent of buyers in the garden retail industry and their influence on the market.

The awards ceremony is held annually during Glee to identify and reward the individuals and buying teams that make an outstanding difference in the gardening world.

We ask the industry to help us in our hunt for the best. If you're a supplier, exhibitor, retailer or press, we want to know who you think the best buyers in the industry are!

Shortlist will be announced on Wednesday, 18th July. We'll need you to vote to help us find the best in the business!

What is the list?

The Buyers Power List aims to recognise, celebrate and reward the individuals and buying teams that suppliers and peers in the garden retail industry have nominated and voted for as making an outstanding difference and being highly influential in market.

How do you vote to your favourite buyer?

Voting will open after shortlist is announced.

How is the winner picked?

The top nominations from each category will be announced as finalists and will form the buyers' power shortlist. Once each category has its shortlist, the winners will be determined by public votes. Remember, anyone can vote and as many times as they like; you can even vote for yourself!

These winners will then be announced at a drinks and awards reception on Tuesday 11th September at 4:00pm on the main stage at Glee, NEC Birmingham.

Who can vote?

Anyone can vote; it is open to all who work within the garden retail industry. There are several different categories, you can vote in just one category or all five if you choose. 

Can retailers and buyers vote themselves?

Absolutely! Don't be shy. The results are peer-voted so this truly meaningful recognition for anyone shortlisted.

What do they win?

All finalists receive exclusive VIP admission to Glee and the awards drinks ceremony. The Finalists and Winners will also be featured on our website and receive additional publicity through the post show communications to the media. The winners also receive an attractive award for their showcase and to celebrate with their teams.
