Brought up on his parent's Market Garden, which later followed the well-trodden route to become a nursery and Garden Centre, meant that Horticulture and retailing were always going to be a partnership for him.

Justin left school at 15 in 1990, to start his education in Horticulture, completing his 3 year sandwich course in Nursery stock production at Pershore College of Horticulture.

Following his education he spent 18 months at Oakland Nursery in Columbus Ohio. USA.

After his experience in Ohio, Justin returned to the family business in 1996, working with his parent's Robin and Valerie. He was joined by his Sister, Melanie,  a few years later.

He's deeply passionate about the industry and all it's embraces; family business, community engagement, our innate connection with nature creating shared experiences for people to share with family and loved ones.
