Tim is the Managing Director at Arrange Spaces, a family-run manufacturing company founded in the Stroud Valleys. Tim has over 30 years of experience in the commercial restaurant sector, both operating and designing professional food service environments.

With a background spanning catering, bespoke joinery, and commercial restaurant design, he brings a rare blend of practical experience and creative instinct to every project. Tim has always been driven by a fascination with the feel of a space, and how thoughtful design can shape the way a customer experiences, interprets, and remembers an environment and how this combines with operational efficiency.

He plays a key role in setting the creative direction of projects, helping to refine ideas so they feel clear, confident, and purposeful. His focus is on ensuring concepts go beyond functionality, creating spaces that are emotionally engaging, so they attract the widest possible demographic.

Working closely with his in-house team of joiners, designers and fitters, he guides projects from early conversations through to completion, bringing clarity, experience, and creative direction to create truly unique restaurants.
